Watch This Space…

Just a quick update to all our loyal followers and lookers-in.  This blog isn’t winding down,  even though there were only a few posts in the last month.  Far from it.

There are lots of exciting new things to read and look at for you all just on the horizon as well as an exciting new project which we hope you will find interesting,  too.

But,  we wanted to keep you informed.  This is a journey and every one of you is a part of that.  Yes,  we create the content but it’s YOU dear readers,  who make it what it is.  Some of you have kindly said that whilst you don’t usually end up keeping up with blogs,  you do with ours.  Its so great to see the likes,  shares and comments from not only new followers but also those who have been with us on this journey for a long time,  some from the very beginning.  We are infinitely appreciative of that.  After all,  what is an artist,  a writer,  without an audience?

We are in the midst of big changes in our lives.  A house move following our recent engagement is part of it.  There’s a lot of happiness,  of excitement,  of looking forward.  This is going to be reflected in what’s going to be coming up,  here.  We want to share that positivity and energy with you.

So,  please for a little longer,  do bear with us.  We think you’ll be pleased to see what’s coming up in our posts.  It will be worth waiting for.  We are coming up to our second Christmas of Don’t Paint Like This and soon our second year.  We don’t advertise our blog.  We don’t go out there and deliberately look for followers.  Its not a hits or numbers game,  for us and it never will be.  Each of you looks in or follows because you want to.  And for that you are valued.  Because you enjoy being on this road with us.  Hopefully,  you’ll be with us for years to come and we look forward to that.

As ever if there is anything you wish to see more of whether it be art,  poetry or anything else,  just contact us.  We’ll be adding to our site the facility to purchase artwork you’ve liked.  We are as always open for commissions for those who have asked.

Lets take the next step,  together.

About Marie

An eccentric & quirky artist and writer who fills her time between fantasy roleplaying sessions with painting, writing and playing her guitar (rather badly). Usually to be found with paint-stained fingers surrounded by books and tubes of acrylic paint.
